How do I sign up?
Download the S3 App in the app store and navigate to the Studio Three Rewards tab to get started.
How will I know when I've received a badge, completed a challenge or moved up a level?
Please check your dashboard within your Loyalty Rewards tab in the S3 App. Many of the rewards associated with Club Three require no action from you.
How many points do I need to go up a level?
If you earn 0-999 points in a calendar 6 months, you will be Member tier
If you earn 1,000-2,499 points in a calendar 6 months, you will be Club One tier
If you earn 2,500-3,999 points in a calendar 6 months, you will be Club Two tier
If you earn 4,000+ points in a calendar 6 months, you will be Club Three tier
How do points work?
You will receive 1 point per $1 of each retail item purchased and 25 points per in studio class booked with the S3 App and taken. You will also earn reward points for completing in-app studio challenges.
Why are my points back at zero? When does tier status begin?
Points earned reset back to 0 at the beginning of each calendar 6 month period (January 1 + July 1). If you reach a new level within the current/prior 6-month period, you will immediately retain that membership level and have the ability to use the perks for the following 6 months.
How do I redeem a guest pass?
Guest pass(es) will be added to your account in the form of class credits so you can book the guest of your choice online.
What is early booking?
Early Booking allows clients to pre-register for class three days earlier than the standard booking window. The Club Three booking window is Thursday at 5pm for classes through the following Monday (normal booking window is Sunday at 5pm for classes through the following Monday).
