Interval training, utilized on all three floors but particularly in the Interval studio, stimulates the EPOC (Excess post-exercise oxygen consumption) that can leave your metabolism operating at a higher level of efficiency for hours after your workout is done. Cycle provides a full-body, cardio-based workout that will increase endurance.
