Growing up with an active lifestyle, Taylor began incorporating yoga into her workout routine as a way to slow down and reduce stress during college. Teaching yoga quickly became a passion of Taylor’s, as it allows her to create a space for students of all skill levels to find their inner strength and focus on their body and breath, all within the four corners of their mat. As part of the S3 yoga team, Taylor is excited to connect with students and flow with this amazing community!
