Sarah was a competitive dancer in the Chicago suburbs from ages 4-18. During her senior year of high school, her dance teacher introduced her to the practice of yoga, incorporating yoga poses and movements into her daily classes. After graduating from Indiana University, she explored the fitness scene in Chicago by running and taking multiple group fitness classes. She eventually found herself at Studio Three, quickly developed a passion for the yoga and weights-based classes, and re-developed her love for movement and strength. Sarah wanted to learn how to bring this passion to others and completed her RYT 200-hour training to become a certified yoga teacher. You can find her teaching safe, strong and effective movements in her Hi Def and 3x3 classes on the yoga floor.
