Sara Pittman

Sara is a gentle warrior fighting to increase the life power of those who cross her path. Her journey as a yogi began in 2004 to supplement her experience as a life-long runner and athlete. She fell in love with the potential for yoga to enrich lives through brightening days. She dove into her first 200hr teaching training in 2012 at Yoga Now Chicago. She has since obtained pre/postnatal certificate, Lagree Method Pilates certificate and 300hr Cyoga certification. She is elated with the opportunity to share her knowledge and enthusiasm. Sara teaches an ever-evolving class that is adaptable to the needs of the moment and her students. Her classes focus on the breath, mindfulness and a very healthy dose of sweat.

Q: Where can we find you outside of class?

When it’s safe seeing live music and bopping around the city exploring restaurants and bars.

Q: What is your guilty pleasure?

Weekly Epsom salt baths, while listening to my favorite tunes and flipping through magazine.
