Paul’s passion for movement started young but took off after high school when he joined the military and became a US Army Ranger. He was over 6’ tall and only 150lbs at the time, and his experience showed him that the body is capable of much more than you believe.
He left the Army for Indiana University, where he majored in kinesiology and focused on areas the Army didn’t practice – yoga, group fitness, warm-ups and rep ranges.
Paul received his CSCS from the National Strength and Conditioning Association and has completed numerous post-training and professional certification programs. His work has led him to personal training at large gyms, managing corporate wellness studios and managing boutique group fitness. This variety has led to a well-rounded approach to fitness, but his mantra is to lift heavy and sprint. If you continue to do those things, he believes, you can fight the aging process better than any medication or surgery on the planet!
