Kim Di Nino
Kim is a Chicago native that has been teaching on the bike for 10 years. Outside of fitness, Kim is a Sr. Finance/Accounting professional and has worked in various industries. Kim not only brings high energy and fun to each class, but goes beneath the surface delivering compassion, empathy and a whole lot of heart. Music is the backbone of her ride as she carefully crafts each class to create a journey and an experience. You'll be sure to hear a wide range of music from big beats, soulful choruses, rock, throwbacks, remixes, mashups and maybe even a little bit of country ;) You'll ride hard and from your heart.
Q: Your favorite way to decompress?
Decompressing is hard for me and I am constantly ‘on’ going from one thing to the next. What helps me center is yoga, meditation and a soulful get together with friends and wine.

The Riverwalk – the water against the skyline helps me slow down and take in the beauty surrounding us
