Kayla found yoga in 2010 after leaving her career as a professional ballet dancer and moving to Chicago. Initially, yoga was a means of staying in shape and maintaining flexibility, but turned into the best stress reliever, mood booster, and workout combined in one. Kayla has been in all roles of the yoga world including instructor, studio management, and teacher trainer. After completing her 200-hr in 2013, she went on to complete her 300-hour training in 2018. Kayla’s hope is that you leave her class with a clear mind, energized body, and ready to reconnect to everyday life with more ease.
