Jeremy moved to Chicago in 2013 from Rochester, New York and immediately fell in with the fitness community in Chicago, He played 4 years of college football and has always enjoyed being active and fit. After experiencing the sense of camaraderie that was created in a lot of the group classes he attended he knew that he wanted to make his passion for fitness his career. He started coaching HIIT classes as a side gig while he worked full time in sales. After a year of doing that he decided to make the leap and become a full-time fitness professional. He will tell you that it was one of the best decisions he has ever made. Jeremy loves challenging people to eliminate the limitations they think they have. Jeremy believes that fitness should be inclusive and is a great vehicle to help bring people together.
Q: What is your favorite way to decompress?
I try to take moments throughout the day to take a step back and think about things that I'm thankful for. For me. decompression is ongoing. I don't like the idea of getting to a point where I have to decompress all at once.
Q: What is one fact that people would be surprised to learn about you?
I enjoy a good RomCom. It's just a pleasure, I don't feel guilty at all about it.
