As a former competitive athlete, Jen has always valued fitness and movement. She began teaching boot camp classes to students in college where it sparked her passion for coaching and helping others find their inner athlete at any stage of their fitness journey. When she isn’t working at her day job in the corporate fitness world, she finds excitement in watching people reach new potentials and seeing the positive impact consistent movement can have on their life.
