As a former collegiate athlete James has always taken a passion for fitness, nutrition, and helping others learn how to improve their overall functional strength. James continued to follow this passion into opening his own Personal Training business where he works as a life coach to help individuals meet their own fitness goals. James enjoys running along lakeshore drive, boxing, weight training, and yoga. If you ever see James in class or outside of class, he’s always giving helpful advice to push for whatever goal you want to achieve. He hopes to see you in class!

Q: Where can we find you outside of class?

One on one personal training, training outside until it gets too cold, trying out a new restaurant in the city, or at any Chicago sporting events but specifically the Bulls or the White Sox!

Q: Guilty pleasure?

Any new Movie on HBO MAX with a big slice of pizza (only on my cheat day)
