Erica's love for Yoga began in 2013 during her freshman year of college at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. In 2014, she completed her 200-hour Yoga Teaching Training. Yoga became her outlet to manage stress, boost energy, and stay connected to her higher self. She continued building her yoga practice when she moved to Scottsdale, Arizona to learn from the best of the best. She began her journey as a Yoga Instructor upon moving to Chicago. In class, she intends to guide you toward your highest self, to encourage you to smile, love, and take yoga off the mat. Be ready to sweat, find joy, and not to take things too seriously, even in the toughest of places.
Q: Who is your favorite musical artist?
I am slightly obsessed with the band LANY. I have seen them live 5 times (and counting) and have met the entire band twice. I even have a tattoo of my favorite song written in the lead singer's handwriting. Be prepared to hear them in 99% of my Yoga classes.
Q: Your favorite way to decompress?
Anything that gets me outside. I love hiking, taking long walks, or sitting in my courtyard listening to music.
Q: Favorite sports team?
Nebraska Cornhuskers football. GO BIG RED!
