Emily grew up in the northwest suburbs and has been helping athletes reach their health and wellness goals for the past 8 years. She began her fitness career as a CrossFit athlete & coach in 2010. She competed for many years in CrossFit including regionals in 2012 & 2013. She fell in love with high intensity interval & strength training and has been doing it ever since. Her lifetime goal is to encourage & motivate as many people as possible to reach their fitness goals. Emily’s instructional style is a direct reflection of her character—tough but fair, with an honest approach and genuine likeability. While in class with Emily don’t hesitate to ask for modifications, they will still challenge you. Get ready to move heavy weight and feel like a bada// walking out of class. She will learn your abilities and push you past your limits! Emily is excited to be a part of the Studio Three community!

My favorite way to decompress is to spend a weekend in Crystal Lake with my parents.
Q: What is one fact that people would be surprised to learn about you?
I moved to Austin, Texas in 2016 with my now fiancé after only knowing him for 3 months. We missed Chicago so much we moved back after 1 year!
