About Emily DeBouver

Emily started her exploration of movement at a very young age through dance. Her 17 years of dance and competition experience allowed her to intensely train in all major styles including hip hop, jazz, modern, contemporary, ballet, and lyrical. She spent two years dancing professionally on Boom Crack! Dance Company based out of Chicago. This training kept her so mentally and physically fit she was inspired to broaden her horizons of health and fitness. At the age of 17 she completed a 50 hour Aircat Aerial Yoga training in Boulder, Colorado. Since then she’s been certified in Pilates mat, Pilates reformer, Tabata, Yoga 1, and Yoga 2 through SCW fitness and Pilates Plus of Schaumburg.  She is the lead instructor of Studio Three’s monthly themed dance workshops and has been for about 2 years. Emily is finishing up her training in becoming a Peloton Cycling instructor at Studio Three and is officially on the schedule this December. She currently teaches weekly/monthly classes and private sessions at Pilates Plus of Schaumburg and Studio Three. She is a strong believer that the body is a vessel of expression and is excited she gets to share her craft with the community.

I just turned 21 in August
