I practice yoga for SO MANY reasons! To increase my mind/body/breath awareness. To get in touch with my physical and emotional body. To practice strength, control and grace. I practice yoga because it's fun and makes me feel amazing. I honestly feel like the best version of myself when I'm on the mat - present and energized. And that version of myself comes with me off the mat and into the world. I teach yoga because my purpose in life is to help others become the best version of themselves. I want to inspire people to live into the power of their own possibility! I love helping people try and achieve postures they didn't think were possible...and suddenly, they're in them! For anyone coming to my class, you can expect to be challenged, expect to have fun, and definitely expect to walk out with a smile on your face!

Singing as loudly as I possibly can in my car!

I have lived in three different countries in the past three years.

ICE CREAM. Nearly any flavour. Any time of day. My favourite spot in Chicago is OF COURSE Jeni's Ice Cream! HOT TIP: get two scoops - the lavender and the darkest chocolate on a waffle cone next time you go.
