After living in Omaha, Nebraska for college and post-grad, Caroline made the move to Chicago to take a position in Medical Sales. When she arrived, she found the amazing world of group fitness. Being an athlete her whole life, she immediately recognized that this was a place for her to reconnect to those roots and shine. She started training to be an instructor right away. Over the next year, this side hustle became her full time job! She has been training in Chicago since early 2018, full time since 2019, and is so excited to finally be achieving her goal of calling Studio Three her home. Drawing from her love of soccer and dance, she has a background in all types of movement and is constantly using this to help others find their inner strength. She holds certifications as a Group Fitness Instructor, Perinatal Fitness Specialist: Pregnancy and Postpartum, and Lagree Fitness Instructor. You will always find a smile, good beats, and heavy weights when she is close by.

Q: Your favorite way to decompress?

A long walk along the lakefront. Water helps soothe the soul.

Q: What is your guilty pleasure?

Cheeseburgers. All of them. All the time. Please and thank you.

Q: What is your favorite sports team?

Liverpool (!!!), even though my husband keeps pushing all things Fighting Irish on me.
