Originally from northeast Ohio, Brooke's love for group fitness began when she started teaching cycle, cardio & strength-based classes at Ohio State University in 2011. When she moved to Chicago in 2016, she discovered Studio Three & fell in love with not only the variety of classes, but also the community. When Brooke isn't planning vacations for her clients (she's a travel agent, too!) or working at Studio Three's front desk, she finds so much joy spreading her passion of fitness with others in her Hi Def & 3 x 3 classes - it's her mission that each person walks out feeling stronger, both physically & mentally, after every class!

Q: What can we expect on your class playlist?

Brooke likes to incorporate a mix of pop & hip hop in every class (both throwbacks & new music). Oh, and Justin Bieber typically makes an appearance on every playlist!

Q: Where can we find you outside of class?

Outside of class you can find Brooke traveling (most likely to a Disney Destination), grabbing a Starbucks Refresher, running on the lakefront trail (in the warmer months) or grabbing brunch / dinner at one of Chicago's amazing restaurants.

Q: Guilty pleasure?

Trader Joe's - I could spend hours there! A few of my all-time favorites are the Everything but the Bagel Seasoning, Cookie Butter Ice Cream & Chicken Enchiladas Verde.
