Brittany grew up in St. Louis, MO before moving to Texas for college. She attended the University of Texas at Austin for her B.S. in Exercise Science, and went on to get her Doctorate in Physical of Therapy from TWU. She works as a physical therapist in a private practice in the Chicago suburbs, focusing on orthopedics and sports medicine. With this, her goal is to encourage form-focused fitness while also keeping classes fun and energized. She believes that blending physical therapy, fitness and nutrition is the key to lifelong wellness. In her free time, you can find her traveling, cooking, or trying new restaurants!
Q: What is your favorite non-fitness related hobby?
I love spending my free time traveling. This summer I traveled to Portugal, Spain, Croatia and Greece before moving to Chicago.
Q: What is your favorite sports team?
St. Louis Cardinals (Sorry Cubs fans, but STL is my hometown!)
Q: How do you like to decompress?
Cooking at home is my way to decompress after a long day. I love creating and trying out new recipes.
