About Ashley McCullough
Ashley has been an active advocate of weight lifting, taco eating, city living and not distance running for as long as she can remember. As a former teacher, Ashley blended her first love of teaching with her passion for health and wellness when she became a personal trainer in 2017. Always an educator at heart, Ashley’s goal each workout is to leave every client knowing and understanding a little bit more about proper exercise form and execution than when they came in.

Lots of hip hop -- both present day and throwbacks.
