Ashley is from Maine, where she grew up playing sports year-round. Field hockey was her favorite and she went on to play in college. Six years ago, she uprooted her life and moved to Chicago. That was where she discovered and immediately fell in love with the mental and physical benefits of a consistent yoga practice. In 2016, Ashley completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training. Since then, she has taken on several leadership roles in coaching students through their own yoga teacher training. While she started as a Vinyasa instructor, after a few years she decided it was time to challenge her inner athlete. She completed her training in strength-based Yoga formats at Studio Three. Her class will leave you feeling strong and centered.
