Abbie grew up playing soccer and running track, so it comes as no surprise that her career includes being active and surrounded by healthy, happy people. She's an ACE-certified group fitness instructor with an ability to make anyone try something once and enjoys a good treadmill drill that will make you feel so strong. When she's not teaching you can find her running (her next big goal is to run 30 miles on her 30th birthday!), riding her bike around the city or eating pineapple on her pizza on some patio.

Q: What is your favorite way to decompress?

A run and a lake jump! I can't focus on anything else besides my body or the physical environment around me when I'm running and it brings me back to earth.

Q: What is your favorite sports team?

The Chicago Cubs. NOTHING in the world beats the feeling of eating hotdog in the Bleachers while Kyle Schwarber hits home runs all the way to Waveland.

Body Back by Gryffin. Throw this on at the end of a run and I'll break straight through a wall.
