Sarah Pollard has lived an active lifestyle from a young age, dancing competitively and hiking through national parks with her family. Shortly after moving to Chicago in 2018, Sarah became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Trainer, and has been teaching interval and strength-based classes ever since. Sarah’s passion for holistic wellness is driven by her desire to help people create the best versions of themselves, from the food they eat to how they take care of their physical health. When she’s not training or teaching, she’s working as a global marketer for Whole Foods Market.
