Michael Flack’s fitness journey began after college, when he discovered his love and passion for yoga after suffering a spinal injury playing college football. What started as a way to alleviate pain and self-treat an injury, quickly evolved into a tool for self-discovery, mindfulness and intentionality. Michael strives to cultivate an environment that allows athletes to become better in-tune with themselves through purposeful movement, breath and thought. In tandem, Michael believes in creating a space where people can feel safe, vulnerable and accepted for who they are - day in and day out. No matter where you are on your fitness journey, Michael believes in the power of focusing on the importance of each little win - it’s through stacking those little victories, he believes, that one can accomplish true transformation.
