Melissa began practicing Pilates as a teenager (before it was trendy!) and has been obsessed with it ever since. After a lengthy career in women's media, she decided to channel her passion for fitness towards a career in coaching. She moved from New York to Miami in 2023 and started teaching Pilates full time. Melissa’s enthusiasm for the practice is apparent in her classes, which fuse traditional Pilates and sculpting methods to help people move and challenge their bodies in ways they never imagined possible.
