Makenzie is from Austin, TX and fell in love with fitness at an early age. Growing up an athlete, she played lacrosse, volleyball and basketball. After high school, she decided to try indoor cycling classes where she found her passion for group fitness and the fitness community. She graduated from the University of Arkansas (WOO PIG) where she began her career as a fitness instructor. Post-grad, she decided to pursue coaching full-time so that she could continue to create an environment for people to feel empowered, strong and connected to themselves on a deeper level. Makenzie is all about connecting the room -- so be ready to dance, get strong and practice intention!

Watching rom-coms, in-depth self care night, or making yummy meals with friends and family!

Playing with my puppy Bruin, knitting/crocheting, and exploring local breweries :)
