Laken is a yoga and strength teacher, lover of movement and preacher of attainable wellness. She completed her 200 hour Yoga training in 2018 and has since completed additional trainings in Power Yoga, Yoga Sculpt and HI DEF/3x3. She wants her students to leave her classes feeling both empowered and grounded. Laken’s classes are power-based and challenging but offer options for students of any level. As a music lover, curating playlists is one of her favorite parts of teaching.

A mix of Electronic, Indie, Hip-Hop and some throwback jams too!
Q: Where can we find you outside of class?
When I'm not teaching or working my day job in Marketing, you can find me in the kitchen cooking up a plant-based dish (follow @lakenmakes for recipe inspo!), going to a concert (pre-pandemic) or trying a new restaurant with my husband, or fawning over my many house plants.
Q: Guilty pleasure?
Coffee/Tea, Sweatpants, Fuzzy Socks - Basically anything cozy. Also binge-listening to Kacey Musgraves.
