Originally from Wisconsin, Julia found herself in Chicago with a newfound love of group fitness. After taking her first cycle class, she had an impulsive feeling that she was meant to be on the podium. Julia believes that movement should always be a celebration of what your body can do. Her love for beat drops and high-energy music is infectious and will leave you feeling like a complete badass. In her classes, she will encourage you to try something new and not take class too seriously. After all, we’re just a group of people movin' and groovin' to some good beats.

Going for a long walk on the lakefront trail with my dog!
