Elite Instructor
Chicago
Interval
John was born and raised in Indiana, where he spends most of the week working in a leadership role at a manufacturing company. As a former collegiate athlete and Chicago Booth MBA grad, he thrives on leadership, fitness, and a little friendly competition. After so many S3 Interval classes that he might as well have paid rent, John pursued his NASM certification to become an instructor.
When he's not coaching (or nudging .1 faster than the tread next to him), you can find him on the concrete beach with his black lab, Higgs.
