Jay has been teaching and educating various movement curriculums since 2004. Formally a professional Stuntman and Certified Teacher with the Society of American Fight Directors, Jay would be found teaching movement in Stage and Screen Combat at the University level around the United States before moving full time into fitness in 2013. Jay is a 500Hr-EYRT YACEP and drives his focus around developing the well rounded athlete, both mentally and physically. He has taught group fitness all around the United States and has lead over 40+ Teacher Training Programs. Developing and programming some of the most recognizable formats in boutique fitness nationally, his passion for impacting lives is felt in each of his classes while the mission of showing individuals their true potential is apparent in all of his teachings in and out of the studio.

Meditation & nature walks.

Volleyball! I play in tournaments all over the country.
