Hans was born and raised in Austin Texas, he is a true Austinite. From coffee shops to the next coolest place, he is your guy. He has had a passion for teaching and fitness since the start, teaching his first group fitness class at seventeen. In the room you will always walk away with a sense of his motto “Everyone is an athlete if they choose to be.” If your looking for him outside of the studio, follow the smell of sizzling fajitas and a good margarita.

Q: What’s your favorite “secret” retreat in ATX?
Just an hour away from the hustle of the city is Fredericksburg, a quaint winery town full of relaxing spots and great company!
Q: What is one fact that people would be surprised to learn about you?
I am a classically trained musician.
