Erika grew up between San Diego and San Antonio and has always been passionate about movement. After being diagnosed with type 1 diabetes she refused to let it stop her, chasing her dream of becoming an instructor and showing representation by proudly wearing her medical devices. She is the ultimate cheerleader during every hot mat Pilates class, inspiring strength, confidence, and joy. She believes Studio Three is special because it is more than a workout, it is a supportive community that lifts each other up every time you walk through the door.
