Caullen moved to Chicago to study film at DePaul University, where he started coaching fitness at the campus recreation center his senior year. While pursuing his masters in sociology years later, he obtained several certifications and continued to teach HIIT, strength-based, and athletic performance classes. Now an established instructor, Caullen has been featured in Thrillist Health, Reebok, aSweatLife, #WeGotGoals podcast, presented at the Midwest Fit Fest, and created the workout activation series Fitness Against Fascism. He programs intense yet dynamic classes that challenge participants to reach their full potential and ultimately build people power.
