Carla Jian’s passion for fitness originated from years as a competitive cheerleader and a cheer camp coach. After college, she started taking group fitness and yoga classes; she loved it so much that she began studying numerous modalities. For more than a decade, Carla has trained to teach various styles of Yoga, Barre, Cardio, HIIT, Pilates Reformer and more. With a breadth of knowledge, she is certified in Power Vinyasa, Meditation, Perinatal Yoga and Reiki Energy Healing.
