Fitness runs deep in Bri’s DNA. Her father coaches cycle classes at a local gym in Wisconsin and her mom is an avid 5:30AM boot-camper, so it is no surprise that she grew up playing sports. She began to teach group fitness in college in Minnesota and continued to do so thereafter, focusing on a versatile combination of HIIT, cycle, strength training and yoga. Bri believes that habits are easier to form when you find enjoyment in the doing. The environment, healthy competition, music and energy of group fitness can turn working out from something one *should* do into something they look forward to every day.
