With Interval, Cycle and Yoga all under one roof, you can join one club and become a member of three. And here, everyone is an athlete, no matter their skill or experience level.

Our talented team of instructors is here to welcome, motivate and support you as you grow both physically and mentally. They are here to cheer you on, present new challenges and keep you inspired every step of the way.

And really, you’ve become a member of our family. We’re a small, committed and engaged group of people, each with our own fitness goals, but with a shared sense of building a community. We lift one another as much as we do the weights.

the first class

You’ve made it to Studio Three. Welcome. Stepping foot into any fitness studio is a big deal, and as far as we’re concerned, you’ve already won the day just by showing up.

When planning for your first class, plan to arrive 15-20 minutes early. This will give you ample time to park, check in at the front desk, meet our team, get the lay of the land and relax or stretch prior to class.

Our experience team will introduce themselves, get you checked in, handle any paperwork and provide a tour. Be sure to say hello to your instructor, who is here to welcome and guide you. If you’re new to the equipment, we’ll help ensure proper settings to get your first class started on a high note. And most importantly, prepare to HAVE FUN. We grow by challenging ourselves. Meet yourself exactly where you are and keep smiling.

what to bring and wear

We encourage you to bring a refillable water bottle, which can be replenished at the stations throughout the studio.

Towels, Mats and Cycle shoes are available and complimentary. You are also welcome to bring your own shoes and mat.

Wear your favorite fitness clothing that feels good and that won’t interfere with your movement – whether that’s on a bike, rower, treadmill, bench or yoga mat. Prepare to sweat, so lighter and sweat-wicking fabrics may be preferred.

Yoga Flow and Yoga Strength (3x3 and HI DEF) are completed barefoot. For Interval classes, we recommend comfortable cross-training sneakers.

Need new gear? Shop the boutiques at any of our locations, which carry full sets as well as individual tops, bottoms, S3 Cycle shoes and essentials like reusable water bottles, scrunchies, socks and more. Boxed water is also available for purchase.

amenities

Studio Three features luxurious amenities throughout each facility. There are community spaces, easy-to-use lockers, member lounges and bathrooms on each floor, along with full-sized men’s and women’s locker rooms (including showers, body wash, shampoo and conditioner). All women’s locker rooms come fully equipped with Dyson blow dry bars.

As with the start of any new journey, it may take a little time to find your groove. Give yourself that chance. Your first class is just the beginning. Your second class creates the foundation. And after your third class, there’ll be no looking back.

In a very short time, you’ll begin to feel more connected to yourself and to this special community. That energy shift will allow you to drop anything you’re carrying at the door and drop in to yourself. You’ll leave every time feeling accomplished, inspired and stronger - both physically and mentally.
