What is Studio Three?
Studio Three is boutique fitness that offers three unique disciplines - Cycle, Interval, and Yoga - each housed in their own state of the art studio space, to create the most effective and inclusive fitness environment anywhere. We also offer larger than average spa-like locker rooms vis-à-vis the urban setting and common area space so that there is a higher than average amenity space and common area space for customers to congregate. Studio Three is also equipped with a locally sourced café operated by Graze Kitchenette
How do I reserve a class?
In order to reserve a class in any of our studios, you can purchase a single class or a class package of 5, 10, 20 or 50. To take best advantage of all Studio Three has to offer, we recommend our monthly unlimited access memberships. When can I sign up for classes?
Classes for the following Tuesday-Monday open up for the week at 5PM on Sundays.
How are Studio Three workouts different from classes offered at other Boutique studios?
Studio Three differs from other boutique studios in that we offer three different fitness disciplines (Interval, Cycling and Yoga), all under one roof. The classes are designed to create balanced, full-body workouts for our clients. From cardiovascular conditioning to intense strength and interval training to energetic shifts and a mindful practice in yoga: Studio Three offers a variety of classes tailored to each individual’s needs and presented by the industry’s top instructors. How many calories can I expect to burn in class?
Great question! The answer depends on YOU. Caloric expenditure is based on several factors and the most important of which is your personal level of intensity during the session. I haven't worked out in a while. What if I can't do everything in the class?
Our classes are designed with every type of student in mind and our instructors will offer modifications to suit the daily and changing needs of our students. We are on this journey together and it is our primary goal that everyone achieves personal success in class.
Can I bring a guest?
Of course! Members are encouraged to purchase single drop-in classes for guests through their own accounts. Please advise your guest to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class as they will need to sign a Consent and Waiver Form. Your guest can also visit our website to register before class to speed up the check in process.
How old do you have to be to workout at Studio Three?
Clients must be 15 years or older to participate in classes at Studio Three. Please note, all clients who are 15-17 years of age must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver on site at our studio.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
There is no charge to your account if you cancel a reservation at least 12 hours before your scheduled class begins. Late cancellations and no shows will be charged to your account or credit card on file. To cancel a class, please log into your online account and click the cancel button, or call our front desk at 312-944-3333 and our staff will gladly assist you. Please note, you must speak with a member of our staff live; voicemail messages left after the close of business for a morning class will not be honored. Unlimited package (1 month unlimited) holders will be assessed a fee of $15 per incidence for any late cancellation or $25 for no show. Package holders will be assessed a $15 fee for no-show including the loss of the class session. Monthly members must request cancellation 30 days in advance of their cancellation date. Please call the studio for help canceling your membership and for any further questions on our cancellation policies.
What is the Waitlist Policy?
If you are unable to reserve a spot in your desired class because it is fully booked, we recommend adding your name to the class waitlist. You can add yourself to the waitlist by first purchasing a class online and then either adding yourself online or calling the studio and asking to be added by our front desk team. If you do not receive a spot in your desired class, a class credit will remain in your account for use on future classes. Please note, the cost of the class is non-refundable. If a spot becomes available in your desired class before our reservation window closes (more than two hours before class), you will automatically be enrolled. At that time, you will receive an email confirming your enrollment into the class from the waitlist. Please note, we assume you want to take EVERY CLASS you are waitlisted for. If you are no longer interested in taking class, you must remove yourself from the waitlist (either online, or by calling the studio and speaking with someone live) or you risk being automatically enrolled and charged whether or not you attend. If a spot in a class that you have been waitlisted for opens with less than 2 hours to go before class, we will email and/or call you and all other waitlisted clients to inform you of the available spot. Please note that if we call you and cannot get a hold of you, we will not leave a voicemail. We will enroll the first client we speak with live into the open spot. Please note: If you are scheduled for one Studio Three class and then receive a spot from the waitlist for a different Studio Three class, you will be charged for both classes unless you cancel one of them before the 12 hour cancellation window. Beware of double booking! If you’re in the neighborhood, you are welcome to drop by and check with our front desk staff to see if you can snag a last minute spot for a class. Please be aware that any waitlisted clients physically present at the start of class time will take priority over drop-in clients. Your account will be charged upon confirmation of a spot in class.
What is your Purchase and Refund Policy?
Classes and instructor assignments are subject to change. All class packages are non-transferable and non-refundable; there are no exceptions. Single classes expire 30 days from date of purchase. 5 class packages expire 45 days from date of purchase. 10 class packages expire 3 months from date of purchase. 20 class packages expire 9 months from the date of purchase. 50 class packages expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Monthly unlimited packages renew every 30 days from date of activation. Monthly unlimited packages are activated at the time of your first class. For health and safety reasons, all unlimited packages are limited to 3 classes per day. No one under the age of 15 is allowed in Studio Three without parental/guardian supervision.
Do you have Yoga Mats?
Yes, we have complimentary Manduka yoga mats available for use. Just show up and we will take care of the rest.
Do I need to rent or bring my own cycle shoes?
We have complimentary cycle shoes available for use so there is no need to bring your own - we've got you covered! If you do have your own shoes that you would like to use for class, our bike pedals accommodate SPD and Delta Look clips. If you are unsure if your cleats will fit, please arrive 15 mins before class and we can help you test your shoes on the bike.
How do I access my Studio Three Bike stats?
You can access your Studio Three Bike stats by logging into cycle.studiothree.com with your Studio Three account information.
Do you have locker rooms?
Yes, we have beautiful locker rooms with showers (6 showers in the men's locker room and 8 in the women's locker room) and all of the amenities needed to get ready for the day, including blow dryers.
What is your Return Policy for retail purchases?
Unworn retail merchandise with tags attached may be returned for a refund or exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
What is the late policy?
To ensure you are warmed up before engaging in group fitness and out of respect for your fitness community, please try your best to be on time for class. Any vacancies at the start of class may be given to waitlist participants at 4 minutes before the session begins. If you’re running late or have a conflict, please give us a call to let us know as soon as possible. If you call and let us know you are on your way, we can hold your spot for up to five minutes after the class start time, however we cannot guarantee you will be given the bike or equipment number you signed-up for. If you are more than 5 minutes late, you will not be admitted into class so as not to disrupt the other students or compromise your safety. Additionally, if you’re planning on leaving early, we kindly request that you tell the instructor ahead of time. Cycle riders are highly discouraged from leaving the studio early. For your safety and the safety of those around you, please remain seated until the instructor has ended class and house lights come on. If you must leave early, please reserve a bike near the door and inform the instructor and Front Desk Team prior to class start.
I signed up for class on ClassPass; anything I should know?

A couple key points when you sign up for class through our friends at ClassPass: Studio Three and ClassPass have separate scheduling systems so we are unable to alter, switch, cancel, or otherwise change a reservation in any way. All scheduling changes must be processed through ClassPass. All ClassPass-related Late Cancellation and No Show fees are handled through ClassPass and we are unable to refund or void any ClassPass charges. If it is your first time at our studio and you signed-up on ClassPass, you will need to sign a waiver upon your arrival and before you can go into class so please arrive with time to spare. Lastly, if you signed-up for Interval or Cycle classes via ClassPass, we are happy to switch you to a different starting spot than the one you were assigned on ClassPass, providing there is space in class to do so. Do you have parking?
There is complimentary parking available at Studio Three Lincoln Park; remember that the lot is located directly north of the building and that parking is free for all customers taking a class. Please do not leave the premises while parked in the lot. If you do leave the premises while parked in the lot you are subject to getting towed; this is something we are not liable for. Rules and regulations are subject to change at any time. Studio Three River North location has street parking.

Monday-Thursday 7:30AM-1:45PM Friday 7:30AM - 5:45PM Saturday and Sunday 8:30AM - 1:45PM
KIDS' CARE: What ages can participate?
6 weeks to 12 years old
KIDS' CARE: How do I schedule a session?
Reservations are required and you must purchase a session in advance. Each session is 75 minutes. If there is not a Kids' Care offering at the exact start time of your class, please sign up for the time slot that most closely meets your needs (i.e. 11:30AM for an 11:00AM class). We will accommodate so long as your child is picked up within 75 minutes of drop-off.
KIDS' CARE: No Show and Late Cancellation Policy?
Late Cancellation | We have a 2 hour cancellation policy for Kids’ Care pack holders. That means that you have until 2 hours before class to cancel without penalty. If you cancel less than 2 hours before class, you lose your Kids’ Care session. No exceptions. You may cancel online or call Studio Three Lincoln Park (312) 300-0777. /// No Show | A No Show is when you do not show up for your canceled session and do not cancel or call. If you No Show for a Kids’ Care session, you lose your session. No exceptions.
KID'S CARE: Bathroom Policy?
Kids’ Care staff does not take children to the bathroom or change diapers. If a child/infant needs to go to the bathroom or requires a diaper change, the parent is responsible for immediately stopping their workout and responding to the child. If the child is potty trained and can go to the bathroom alone, they will be escorted to the bathroom by a Kids’ Care Associate.
KIDS' CARE: Are snacks allowed?
No snacks are allowed. Beverages such as milk or water are acceptable so long as they are in an appropriate bottle for the child to handle.
KIDS' Care: Can I do a drop in?
You may drop in if there is space available. However, we recommend registering online beforehand to ensure your child can participate.
KIDS' CARE: What footwear should my child wear?
There are no shoes allowed in Kids' Care. Socks are required. If your child does not have socks, you may purchase a pair on site.
KIDS' CARE: Waiver/Release?
Yes, parents must complete a Kids’ Care Release form before their first visit. You can find the form here
KIDS' CARE: Pick up?
You must pick up your child within 75 minutes of dropping her/him off. Parents must show a valid Photo ID upon pick up if there is no photo on the members' account. If child will be picked up by a different person from the member, that person must be indicated on the waiver/release as well as have a valid Photo ID.
