Years Teaching: 10 years

200hr Vinyasa YTT; 300hr advanced YTT in Yoga Biomechanics
Teaching Philosophy:
I teach yoga through the lens of accessibility, compassion, and connection. I’m inspired by the body’s resilience and adaptability, and my classes encourage students to explore how shapes feel, not how they look. I offer cues as invitations, not instructions—supporting students in making choices that honor their unique bodies and experiences.
My goal is to create a space where people feel empowered, present, and supported—on and off the mat.
Motivation to be part of YTT:
I was motivated to be part of YTT to help future teachers develop the skills and confidence to lead classes that are intentional, accessible, and grounded in compassion. I believe the physical practice is a gateway to deeper self-awareness and resilience, and I’m committed to supporting others in learning to teach from that place—with clarity, authenticity, and purpose.
Other Skills I Bring to Your Training:
Beyond my yoga certifications, I bring over a decade of experience on the business side of yoga. I’ve held roles as a Studio Manager and Field Support Manager, where I auditioned, evaluated, and mentored teachers—helping prepare them to teach with confidence and professionalism.
I’ve also led retreats, managing both the financial and sales aspects, which gives me a well-rounded perspective on how to support teachers not only in their practice but also in building sustainable careers.
