Teaching Philosophy:

My teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that yoga is a powerful pathway back to the self—one that reaches far beyond the physical practice. I blend dynamic flow with nervous system regulation, mindful awareness, and deep presence to create experiences that are grounded, accessible, transformational, and yes, a little playful!!

While my foundation is in Vinyasa, my teaching has been shaped by years of study across modalities. My classes are both intuitive and intentional, designed to meet people exactly where they are and support the full spectrum of their being. I believe yoga isn’t just about movement; it’s about returning to yourself. Whether through breath, stillness, or embodied flow, my aim is to create spaces where students feel safe to explore, express, and experience all of who they are.

At the heart of my teaching is the art of holding space—with clarity, compassion, and curiosity. For me, teaching isn’t about perfect poses... it’s about creating space for heart connection, embodied presence, and integration that extends far beyond the mat and into the rhythm of real life.

Motivation to be part of YTT:

Saying yes to teaching in YTT felt like a full-circle moment. My own teacher training was a life-changing experience, giving me tools not just to deepen my practice (I didn’t go in planning to teach!) but to live more intentionally. I’ve never forgotten the impact my teachers had on me during that time. And over the past decade of teaching, I’ve witnessed how powerful this practice is—not just through movement, but in how it invites us back to ourselves.

Being part of YTT allows me to share what I’ve learned (and continue to learn) in a deeper, more intentional way. It’s a space to slow down, ask meaningful questions, and grow...together! I’m here because I believe in the transformational power of this work. I’m passionate about helping others find their voice, trust their intuition, and embody the heart of yoga in a way that feels real, grounded, and true—on and off the mat.

So looking forward to this journey!!

Other Skills I Bring to Your Training:

In addition to my yoga background, I bring a blend of coaching, breathwork, and creative leadership skills to support the full journey of becoming a teacher, on the mat and beyond.

I’m certified in Spiritual Life Coaching, Dharma Coaching, and NLP Leadership, which allows me to support students through mindset shifts, self-doubt, and stepping into their voice with more clarity and confidence. I’m also a certified RESET Breathwork facilitator, with additional training in nervous system regulation and trauma-informed practices... tools that help create safe, grounded spaces for growth and transformation.

With over a decade of experience teaching, mentoring, and leading retreats, I’ve learned how to design meaningful, heart-led experiences and I LOVE helping others do the same. My background in marketing, storytelling, and program creation allows me to guide students in bringing their unique voice and vision to life in an authentic way.

Lately, I’ve been integrating Human Design into my work, a system that helps people understand how they’re naturally wired to lead, create, and make aligned decisions. It’s become one of my favorite tools for helping students connect with their inner compass and teach from a place of truth.
