    Responsibilities

    As the Digital Marketing and Social Media Manager, you are responsible for Studio Three’s social media channels (Facebook and Instagram), e-blast management,  graphic design, and photography coordination. 

    • Social Media Management: Instagram (stories and tiles) and Facebook
      • Develops and executes content strategies and fosters community engagement across Studio Three’s social media channels, including Instagram and Facebook. 
        • Creates monthly content calendar at least two weeks before the start of the month. Content calendar includes engaging captions, hi-res photography, and Instagram story opportunities.
      • Monitors social channels by initiating conversations with and responding to community comments in a timely matter, using established brand voice.
      • Responds to incoming messages on Facebook and Instagram. Reshares high-quality, engaging content on Instagram stories. 
      • Proactively stays on top of the latest trends, platforms, and information in the health & wellness space
      • Collaborates with management to create and execute ad campaigns, including but not limited to social media. 
    • Email Marketing Coordinator
      • Executes the creative development of email marketing campaigns by utilizing excellent writing skills and photography selection
    • Photography
      • Coordinates photoshoots and edits photos as needed to keep e-blast and social media content fresh. 
      • Has a keen eye for editing. Can use existing campaigns and photoshoots to inform the direction and editing of future sessions.
    • Events/Influencer Partnerships
      • Collaborates with PR and/or Studio Three team to manage influencer partnerships
      • Curates and executes authentic, engaging experiences with influencers, brands, and corporate partners
      • Supports operations with execution of events
    • Graphic Design Support
      • Follows existing Studio Three brand guidelines and campaigns, and translates the style to a wide variety of graphic design needs for both print and digital media 
      • Provide design support for Studio Three marketing such as (but not limited to): digital flyers (i.e. corporate partnerships), print collateral (i.e. first class free cards), social media graphics, and email graphics. 

    Qualifications:

    • 3-5 years experience in social media or digital marketing.
    • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
    • Proven record of adapting and improving from constructive feedback
    • Proficient to expert levels with Adobe Creative Suite
    • Proficiency with photo retouching, coloring, clipping path, and photo manipulation
    • Excellent typography sensitivity and attention to detail in terms of matching brand styles 
    • Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite

    Pay is commensurate with experience
