Q: What lights you up?

Lights me up? LOL. ANY tough workout.

Q: What's your favorite non-fitness related hobby?

MY SON. Hands down. Can't even talk about him without tearing up a little. From the first moment I saw his face, my heart has never been the same. (But note: it's a draw between the two.)

Q: Describe your perfect day.

My perfect day is working out with my son and my crew: ShoMO Run Club. I love seeing my son work hard and learn the importance of fitness at a young age. I love laughing and sweating with my homies. Eating vegan chocolate chip pancakes from Pick Me Up Cafe. Shopping and buying new swag. Getting a massage and a pedicure. Lots of stolen hugs and kisses from my son. Getting dressed to the nines and going out to dance to OLD SCHOOL HOUSE all night long. #SetTheChairsOnTheTables
