About Sara Pittman
Sara is a gentle warrior fighting to increase the life power of those who cross her path. Her journey as a yogi began in 2004 to supplement her experience as a life-long runner and athlete. She fell in love with the potential for yoga to enrich lives through brightening days. Sara dove into her teacher training in 2012 and is elated with the opportunity to share her knowledge and enthusiasm. Sara teaches an ever-evolving class that is adaptable to the needs of the moment and her students. Her classes focus on the breath, mindfulness and a very healthy dose of sweat. Plan on leaving in peaceful exhaustion. She encourages playfulness and enjoyment of the present moment
