About Kim Hannay
A Chicago native and sweat addict, Kim’s love of fitness and movement started at the ballet barre at 3 years old. Originally exploring her passion for teaching in the dance studio, she has transitioned her love of movement into the fitness community of Chicago. With a lifetime of dance and movement experience, Kim’s class has a strong focus on moving your body in a safe way that feels good. When she’s not in the studio, Kim is on a trip somewhere. She loves hiking and skiing, experiencing new cultures, and exploring new places all over the world. Come join her for a workout that will leave you feeling empowered and ready to tackle your day!

Traveling for sure. I love exploring new places, trying new foods, and immersing myself into new cultures.
