About Kari Parker
With a background as a competitive athlete and nearly two decades in the corporate world, Kari is relatable to yoga students of all levels, ages, and sizes. Kari‘s teaching style has been described as creative and challenging yet accessible, fun and full of heart. Students can expect to sweat, breathe, and increase body awareness while surrounded with good music, humor, and down-to-earth sentimentality. Kari‘s intention as a teacher is for students to leave class feeling lighter, brighter, stronger and knowing they are perfect just as they are.
Q: What is your favorite secret Chicago retreat?
There are two in particular but they won't be secret anymore if I tell! One involves a secret outside-only restaurant that makes you feel like you are on vaca and another involves a stand up paddle board. Come chat with me if you want to find out more!

Well, I used to fly airplanes and I used to compete in strong woman competitions. Also, I can't count because that is two facts.
