About Jacqueline Howard
Jacqueline not only has a love for interval training and cycling, but a passion for an education of dance and music. Jacqueline has been an instructor since 2002, working with personal trainers to create high-energy classes that incorporate a variety of weight training and provide intense cardio workouts. Jacqueline began her dance training when she was only three. She studied ballet, tap, jazz, pointe, modern, lyrical and hip-hop dance. Jacqueline danced professionally with the AFL Chicago Rush Adrenaline Rush Dancers and the Chicago Bulls Luvabulls.
Q: What is one thing people would be surprised to know about you?
My favorite mode of transportation is my Harley 1200 Sportster. Nothing like the open road.
Q: What is your favorite non-fitness activity?
I love to cook and experiment with new produce and spices. I just had a bout with Lymphoma and my diet is really important for my recovery. Let's be honest, nobody wants to eat steamed kale, am I right?!
Q: What is one of your guilty pleasures?
I have a handful of really good 'guilty' pleasures. I've got to admit, I'm not guilty about any of them. LIVE!
