What is Studio Three?
Studio Three is a new concept in Boutique Fitness. Three individual studios in one luxurious location where the community bonds over the shared practice of greater total wellness by offering workouts to satisfy the changing needs of the body. We strive to elevate the community, the workout and the experience every time you sweat with us. Our mission is to create bodies that feel better, move better and look better.
How do I reserve a class?
In order to reserve a class in any of our studios, you must purchase a session or a monthly membership A Series (Drop in/5-pack/10-pack/20-pack) allows you to create a bank of sessions for use in all our studios providing flexibility between studios. For the greatest flexibility and opportunity to use all three studios, we offer monthly unlimited access memberships. To view these different options, please click on the BUY CLASSES tab in the top left corner of our website.
How are Studio Three workouts different from classes offered at other Boutique studios?
Studio Three differs from other boutique studios in that we offer three different fitness disciplines (Interval Training, Peloton Cycling and Yoga), all under one roof. The classes are designed to create balanced, full-body workouts for our clients. From cardiovascular conditioning to intense strength and interval training to energetic shifts and a mindful practice in yoga: Studio Three offers a variety of classes tailored to your changing needs presented by the industry’s top instructors.
How many calories can I expect to burn in class?
Great question! The answer depends on YOU. Caloric expenditure is based on several factors and the most important of which is your personal level of intensity during the session. The following outlines industry averages for the types of workouts you’ll experience at Studio Three: Cycling: 500+ Interval: 500+ Yoga: 250+ Hot Yoga: 300+
I haven't worked out in a while. What if I can't do everything in the class?
Our classes are designed with every type of participant in mind and all of our instructors and coaches will offer modifications to suit the daily and changing needs of our clients. We are on this journey with you and it is our primary goal that everyone feel successful in class.
Can I bring a guest?
Of course! Members are encouraged to purchase single drop-in classes for guests through their own accounts. Please advise your guest to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class as they will need to sign a Consent and Waiver Form.
How old do you have to be to workout at Studio Three?
Clients must be 15 years or older to participate in classes at Studio Three. Please note, all clients who are 15-17 years of age, must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver on site at our studio.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
There is no charge to your account if you cancel a reservation by 12 hours before your scheduled class. Late cancellations and no shows will be charged to your account / credit card on file. To cancel a class, please log into your online account and click the cancel button or call our front desk at 312-944-3333 and our staff will gladly assist you. Please note, you must speak with a member of our staff live; voicemail messages left after the close of business for a morning class will not be honored. Unlimited EFT Package (1 month unlimited) holders will be assessed a cancellation fee of $10 per incidence for any late cancellation or $25 for no show. Package holders will be assessed a $15 fee for no-show including the loss of the class session.Monthly Unlimited members must request cancellation 30 days in advance. Please call the studio for help in cancellation of your membership.
What is the Waitlist Policy?
If you are unable to get into the class you desire because it is fully booked, we highly recommend putting yourself on the waitlist. You must purchase a class package BEFORE you can reserve a spot on the waitlist. If you don’t receive a spot in your desired class, a class credit will remain in your account for use on future classes; the cost of the class is not refundable. If a spot becomes available for which you have been waitlisted before the reservation window closes, you will automatically be enrolled. You will receive an email confirming your enrollment into the class from the wait list. Please note, we assume you want to take EVERY CLASS you are waitlisted for. If you are no longer interested in a class for which you are on the waitlist, you must remove yourself from the waitlist (online or by calling the studio and speaking with someone live) or you risk being automatically enrolled and charged whether or not you attend.If a spot that you have been waitlisted for opens after the 2 hour window before class, we will email and/or call you and all other waitlisted clients to inform you of the available spot. Please note that if we call you and cannot get a hold of you, we will not leave a voicemail. We will not enroll anyone until we speak with someone directly. When it is after the 2 hour window of class closing, the first client we speak with live will be enrolled.We do not offer the option of swapping classes. If you are scheduled for one Studio Three class and then receive a spot from the waitlist for a different Studio Three class, you will be charged for both classes unless you cancel one of them before the 12 hour cancellation window.We understand that there are times life inevitably gets in the way and spots become available from a no show at class time. If you’re in the ‘hood, you’re welcome to drop by and check with our Front Desk Crew to see if you can snag a last minute spot for a class. Please be aware that any waitlisted clients physically present at the start of class time will take priority over drop-in clients in the event that a class spot becomes available due to a no show. Your account will be charged upon confirmation of a spot in class.
What is your Purchase and Refund Policy?
Classes and instructor assignments are subject to change. Pricing is subject to change without notice. All class packages are non-transferable and non-refundable; there are no exceptions. Single classes expire 30 days and 5 class packages expire 45 days from date of purchase. 10 class packages expire 3 months from the date of purchase. 20 class packages expire 9 months year from the date of purchase. Monthly unlimited packages expire 30 days from date of activation. Monthly unlimited packages are activated at the time of first class. For health and safety reasons, all unlimited packages are limited to 3 classes per day. No one under the age of 15 is allowed in Studio Three without parental/guardian supervision. Unused retail merchandise may be returned for a refund or exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
Do you have Yoga Mats?
Yes, we have complimentary Manduka yoga mats available for use. Just show up and we will take care of the rest.
Do I need to rent or bring my own cycle shoes?
We have complimentary Peloton cycle shoes available for use so there is no need to bring your own - we've got you covered! If you do have your own shoes that you would like to use for class, our bike pedals accommodate SPD and Delta Look clips. If you are unsure if your cleats will fit, please arrive 15 mins before class and we can help you set your shoes on the bike.
Do you have locker rooms?
Yes, we have beautiful locker rooms with showers (6 showers in the men's locker room and 8 in the women's locker room) and all of the amenities needed to get ready for the day, including blow dryers, shampoo and conditioner, etc.
What is your Return Policy for retail purchases?
Unused retail merchandise may be returned for a refund or exchanged within 10 days of purchase.
What is the late policy?
For safety reasons and to ensure everyone is properly warmed up before engaging in group fitness exercises, please try your best to be on time for class. Any vacancies may be given to wait list participants 4 minutes before the session begins. If you’re running late or have something pop up, give us a call to let us know. We can hold your spot for you up to five minutes after the class start time, but we cannot guarantee you will be given the spot you signed-up for. Anyone who is more than 4 minutes late will not be admitted into class so as not to disrupt the other class-takers. Additionally, if you’re planning on leaving early, we kindly request that you tell the instructor ahead of time. Peloton Riders are highly discouraged from leaving the studio early. For your safety and those around you please remain seated till class has ended and the instructor has ended class and house lights come on. If you must leave early, please reserve a bike nearest the door and inform the instructor and Front Desk Team prior to class start.
I signed up for class on ClassPass; anything I should know?
Great! A couple key points when you sign up for class through our friends at ClassPass: Studio Three and ClassPass have separate scheduling systems so we are unable to alter, switch, cancel, or otherwise change a reservation in any way. All scheduling changes must be processed through ClassPass. All ClassPass-related Late Cancellation and No Show fees are handled through ClassPass and we are unable to refund or void any ClassPass charges. If it is your first time at our studio and you signed-up on ClassPass, you will need to sign a waiver upon your arrival and before you can go into class so please arrive with time to spare. Lastly, if you signed-up for Interval or Cycle classes via ClassPass, we are happy to switch you to a different starting spot than the one you were assigned on ClassPass, providing there is space in class to do so. I signed up for class on ClassPass; can I switch into a different class, cancel, or otherwise change my reservation?
Studio Three and ClassPass maintain separate scheduling systems, which means we are unable to switch or alter a Classpass reservation in any way; all scheduling and adjustments must be done via the ClassPass platform.
