Hospitality/Maintenance

  • Part Time Position

The Hospitality Team Member is responsible for the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the Studio.

Responsibilities

  • Complete cleaning duties and follow strict schedule for studio setup, being aware of what time classes are to be in the right place at the right time
  • Cleans, dusts and mops entire facility
  • Communicates clearly with members and uses "First Impression" service at all times while maintaining a friendly and positive attitude
  • Performs Opening and Closing Procedures for the club if assigned to those specific shifts
  • Maintains professionalism when not assisting members; avoids eating, sitting, reading, internet surfing, or other activities that are not work-related
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Must be highly motivated and energetic, takes initiative with little or no direction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task in a high-stress and fast-paced environment
  • Must be a team player, willing to cover or trade shifts when necessary
  • Must be able to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays as necessary
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Must be punctual, thorough and have a great work ethic
  • CPR/AED, First Aid certification (must be obtained within 30 days of hire)
