FRONT DESK

  • Part Time Position

The Front Desk Team Member is the lead customer service contact for all members and guests. The Front Desk Team Member is also responsible for selling products, services and being the first impression of the brand.

Responsibilities

  • Greets and checks in all members and guests
  • Make reservations for all classes
  • Sells all products and services available in the studio
  • Liaison between members and Membership Office: including prospects and current members and their guests
  • Schedules reservations for all three studios: Peloton, Yoga and HITT
  • Answers and directs all incoming phone calls
  • Fields all member and guest complaints and concerns
  • Performs Opening and Closing Procedures for the club if assigned to those specific shifts

Requirements

  • Must have 1 year customer service experience
  • Experience in health club, boutique studio or hospitality highly preferred
  • CPR, First Aid certification (must be obtained within 30 days of hire)
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
  • Must be able to use a phone, computer and other electronic devices
  • An understanding of health club and/studio boutique operations
